My name is Emily Crase and I am the Vice President of Membership Recruitment for Alpha Phi. I joined greek life in the Spring of 2015 because I wanted to do more than just go to class. I wanted to connect with my campus and make life long friendships. After joining greek life, my college experience improved so much! I was serving my community, making friendships within and outside of my chapter, and learning how to stand out and become a strong female leader. I can honestly say without Alpha Phi and the opportunities that have come along with being a member in greek life I would not be the person I am today. I strongly encourage any women to go through recruitment, meet the chapters, and find your home here at IU Southeast.
Hi! I'm Brittany McCarty and I'm the president of Phi Sigma Sigma here at IU Southeast. I joined Greek life to be a part of something bigger than myself. Greek life has taught me how to be a better leader, scholar, and individual! I would recommend going Greek to anyone, but especially to those who want a home away from home. My sorority has given me numerous opportunities to better not only myself, but my college and community as well. Joining a sorority isn't the stereotypical image that media portrays. It's about making a difference with a group of women who make you feel at home. I've found that with Phi Sigma Sigma, and I hope you all find your perfect homes too!
My name is Kelsi Dempster and I am the Chapter President for Alpha Phi-Zeta Epsilon here at Indiana University Southeast! I am currently a senior majoring in Strategic Communications with a focus in event planning!
I chose to join Greek Life because I wanted much more out of my college experience than just going to class and going home, I wanted so badly to be involved in as much as I could and to take advantage of the various leadership positions that Alpha Phi has to offer! I am proud to say that I have held various positions during my time in Alpha Phi and I have learned so much and gained so much leadership experience.
Alpha Phi has given me so much more than leadership skills and experience. It has given me the most amazing group of friends and sisters I could have ever imagined. I am so incredibly thankful for that!
I strongly encourage everyone to sign up for recruitment and to find your home the way I have!
